About The KPI Bible

The KPI Bible provides nearly everything you need to know about KPI Modeling, and how to apply the models to your own organization.

You will also find ideas and examples of the use of Key Performance Indicators to improve the performance of a wide range of organizations, from small businesses to to large corporates, from NGOs to government departments. The power of these ideas stems from the integration of financial data with performance data in a soundly contstructed model.

Strategists will extend their options for using KPI models to explore new strategic options before they are implemented, and develop new strategy scenarios.

It has a strong practical focus but the minimum essential theoretical base is covered in terms anyone can understand and apply.

The KPI Bible provides in a very accessible "fieldbook" form a network of ideas that can transform your organisational performance.

  • Working KPI models, to explore ideas and use for a quick start to application in your own organisation.
    • Generic spreadsheet based (Excel) models that can be adapted for use. They provide a fast start into modeling of organisation functions, and a way to explore ideas.
  • Tutorials to guide you through the steps to adapt the model to fit your business.
    • Typically 20-30 page step by step tutorials on how to use and adapt a model, packed with screenshots and sometimes short video demonstrations.
  • Presentations for training staff
    • Tried and tested presentations to learn from or to teach your staff.
  • Papers on a wide range of KPI modeling and management techniques.
    • Short 2-8 page papers on ideas and ways to apply the thinking.  More complex topics are split into 2 or three parts, to you can learn in "bite-sized" chunks.

Then you can use the KPI Bible Navigator pages to download what you want, directly to your desktop.

The KPI Bible is available only by subscription to registered users of realkpis.com. The subscription licence entitles you to use all the content in your own organisation for as long as you maintain the subscription.  All I ask is that you do not give our copyright material away to competitors or non-members, or extend its use beyond the specific organisation you define when you register.

I trust the people who are interested in KPI management and modeling to honor this rather than force us to rely on expensive and increasingly difficult copyright protection.

We believe that subscribers will get so much value from The KPI Bible that they will want to keep their subscription alive. There is always something new to gain, and you will not know the value of the next idea until you try it.

My commitment to you is to extend the content as quickly as I can and fill in the gaps that emerge every time I open the KPI Bible Content Webbrain.
